Erica is the leader of RainToday.com, the largest magazine in the world focused on selling and marketing for service businesses. When Erica took over RainToday.com in 2007, it was high quality but a lesser known publication with less than a quarter of its current subscriber base. Several years later and with over 105,000 subscribers, RainToday.com was recognized with the first place Top Sales Award in the sales resource category in 2010.

Erica’s work in sales lead management spans both marketing and sales. In 2008 Erica led a sales lead generation campaign constructed around a special report, co-written by 10 experts in B2B lead generation titled, The One Piece of Advice You Can't Generate Leads Without. The campaign won the Marketing Sherpa Gold B2B Award in the Best Email Opt-in Campaign. Other Gold winners in the same category at the same level that year were IBM, Motorola, and Sun.

Erica is the Vice President of Marketing for RAIN Group, a sales assessment, training, and consulting company. As a leader in the sales process, Erica wins major sales for the company, including the company’s largest sale in 2010.

At not yet 30 years old, she’s a woman to watch.
