Nominee’s Achievement in the Field of Sales Lead Management:
Throughout her lengthy career, Amy has been an inspiring sales and marketing leader. Over eight years ago at Biz360, she was an early pioneer in the field of analytics for marketers, helping marketing executives understand the value of data to understand the impact of their public relations strategy as well as their competitors’ public relations strategy in order to drive mindshare.
As You Mon Tsang, Founder of Biz360, noted: “At Biz360, Amy Guarino helped us find the partners and companies who were early adopters to marketing analytics and influencer marketing. These companies included the likes of Oracle, Xerox and Edelmen PR. Amy guided us forward with strong business and evangelism skills.”
Six years later, Amy was glad to see how much the field of marketing analytics had evolved when she joined Marketo. As a result of the evolution of the B2B buying process, it was clear that sales and marketers had to evolve their processes in order to support the new revenue cycle. Her sales point-of-view has helped her build out an indirect sales channel and strategic partners who drive over 18% of Marketo’s bookings while helping Marketo’s customers achieve quick time to value by focusing on the people, processes and marketing services that can be used on conjunction with Marketo’s platform.
Bruce Culbert, an executive at The Pedowitz Group (TPG), a strategic Marketo partner stated: “Amy has been working to improve the relationship and effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts for her entire career. At Marketo she is an effective and impactful executive resource to clients and partners alike in helping them grow their business through improved Sales and Marketing lead management. She has been instrumental in helping us at TPG develop and grow our business opportunity alongside the explosive growth and success that she and her colleagues are experiencing at Marketo.”
Phil Fernandez, president and CEO of Marketo explains: “A large part of Marketo’s success with our customers is based on our partnerships and Amy has done a superb job driving our go to market strategy with key partners including Jigsaw and The Pedowitz Group.”
