Brief Description of Nominee's Achievements:

Charis has spearheaded designing the software for RIO Genesis - a real estate broker platform for property management. Not only did she do this from the broker's perspective, but from lenders, vendors. The rollout was tremendous and she continues to enhance ways for brokers to increase their business, become better at follow up on leads and work with all aspects of a transaction through the lenders, funders, asset managers, contractors.

 Nominee's Achievements In The Field Of Sales Lead Management:

  • Launched RIO Genesis Real Estate Information Organizer.
  • Created training materials, videos for all users to teach them how to increase their closings.
  • Conducts free training seminars to support all clients of RIO Genesis from brokers, to lenders, to vendors.
  • Is always available and listening to ways to improve the software and company.
  • Implements the most helpful ideas without ever having her ego involved - she wants everyone to win!
