Cheryl Harding has a wealth of cross industry experience helping companies transform their sales function. A Founding Fellow of the Sales Leadership Alliance (set up by the CIM to help bring sales and marketing closer together), and a previous winner of the prestigious ‘International Sales Professional of the Year’ award, she has personally delivered revenue growth that would make any CEO sit up and take notice. She now helps Sales Directors to do the same.

A strategic thinker, Cheryl focuses on turning strategy into revenue growth. Whether it be helping Sales Directors or MD’s with their strategy, helping structure the sales group or putting the processes in place to run a scalable business Cheryl tailors her approach with each company.

One thing that is notable is Cheryl’s attitude towards knowledge – she is always happy to share and is not in any way precious over material. A breath of fresh air. Originally from Belfast and always up for a laugh she is a sports nut – which contributes to her enduring the emotional roller coaster of being a Liverpool supporter.
