Under Jenny Vance’s leadership, LeadJen has been named to the 2012 Inc. 5000 list, an honor that recognizes the rapid growth of the firm over the last three years. LeadJen was also recognized as one of the 2012 Indiana Companies to Watch, an awards program presented by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, its Small Business Development Center and the Edward Lowe Foundation.

In addition, Jenny has twice been honored by the Sales Lead Management Association as one of the 50 Most Influential People in Sales Lead Management and to the 20 Women to Watch list in 2011 and 2012. She was named a 40 Under 40 by the Indianapolis Business Journal and Direct Marketing News.

Jenny Vance founded LeadJen in 2004 on the belief that inside sales is a measurable process that can scale, deliver predictable results for the sales Flannel and generate boardroom ready information about the market, the buying cycle and competitors. The company has grown to nearly 100 employees, branched out into other markets, and received numerous awards at both the state and national level.

Prospecting for many companies is an afterthought; something to be checked off the list. However, by bringing a personal touch and measurement tools to the process, Vance showed how LeadJen can yield valuable information for marketers. When done strategically, lead generation can be a leading indicator of new opportunities for revenue.

This mindset sets Jenny Vance apart in the lead generation industry. Jenny has set a new bar for lead generation by positioning it as a means of providing important boardroom-ready information.

Jenny is president elect of the state chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization, having served as the Indiana Chapter learning chair. Jenny served on the Super Bowl XLVI Indianapolis Host Committee. She also actively serves on the board of Lutheran High School of Indianapolis and is involved in Outreach Ministry for Calvary Lutheran Church & School.
