Kristin’s experience spans all facets of global marketing including media and analyst relations, product marketing and management, market strategy and analysis, vertical marketing, channel marketing, competitive intelligence, demand generation, and corporate marketing and branding. Kristin has held multiple global leadership roles and has been responsible for driving leads, building brands, creating desired market awareness, and providing competitive advantage for the high technology products and services companies that she worked for including IDC, Kronos, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Kristin’s sales lead management experience is unique in that she manages the entire front-end of the funnel from inquiry to opportunity. At Neolane, she architected the lead management funnel, defined the key performance indicators and associated benchmarks, and directs the Marketing and Inside Sales teams responsible for driving results. She consistently achieves goals for marketing-generated and marketing-influenced revenue, and is focused on simultaneously meeting lead quality and cost-per-lead goals.
During her four- year tenure she has increased the prospect database by more than 400% percent, drove down cost per lead by nearly 20% percent, and played a role in increasing revenues to $58 million, the result of 40 percent year-over-year growth in 2012.
As part of the management team, Kristin was instrumental in helping Neolane, Inc. attract $27M in Series C Funding last year, adding to the company’s growth strategy. Additionally, Kristin played a pivotal role as the company garnered award and analyst attention. This included being named to FORBES Magazine’s America’s Most Promising Companies, Boston Business Journal’s Pacesetters and a finalist in two MassTLC awards as well as having Sophos (customer), recognized with the DemandGen Report Sales and Marketing Integration Award. Last year, Neolane was also named a visionary in three Gartner Magic Quadrants and a leader in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management (CCCM) – which is only the second time the company has been named in a Wave.
