Winner's Company: Full Circle CRM
Years in Business: 4
Bonnie is a five-time Vice President of Marketing at the following companies: Oracle (Network Computer Inc.), Genesys, Netscape, Stratify and VoiceObjects. She also was recognized as one of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “Women of Influence” in April 2013.
Winner's Achievements in the field of Sales Lead Management:
Co-Founder, President & CEO, Full Circle CRM
Bonnie has been heavily involved in the sales lead management industry since her graduation from Princeton University, and has held executive positions at companies including Salesforce, Oracle, Genesys, Netscape, Stratify and Network Computing Inc. As the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Full Circle CRM, Bonnie has helped many companies optimize their sales data and innovate their CRM efforts.
Bonnie has been repeatedly recognized for her outstanding achievements in the industry and her hands-on approach. She credits her high standards for herself in business to being an athlete for her entire life — from rowing and sailing at Princeton, to speed skating, polo and tennis as an adult. Bonnie’s desire to pursue new challenges spans from her background in athletics to business — she likes the spirit of competition, the journey, working hard to win, and living to fight another day after a loss.
Along with her team, Bonnie bootstrapped Full Circle CRM for a year and a half — only paying themselves 10% of their target salary, and then gradually up to 50%. Her commitment to the company was high and while most companies fail, Bonnie felt Full Circle CRM was a good bet based on her experience and the experience of her team. Next up, Bonnie wants to more than double in size every single year for as long as possible, continuing to succeed and watch the company grow.
