I first met Erika when she was working at Leadspace. I was immediately struck by her determination to inform her team, bring them along to embrace tactics outside their comfort zone and to add strategies for brand growth through marketing. She did this by understanding the sales process, company culture and her team.
She's a teacher of all things marketing and knows how to make it personal and identifiable to those working with her toward the same goal. I'm watching her thrive at ANNUITAS as she transitioned into a full time position there as the Vice President of Marketing. They have the same confidence in her abilities as I have seen demonstrated.
